Pros - super smooth, healthy to use, cooks faster once heated
Cons - gives a rustic flavor to the food when we cook Creamy vegetable with Cashew base curries. Even if we empty the cooked curry its extremely important to clean and season the cookware immediately. When I emptied the vegetable and rinsed the kadai with plain water and kept aside, after 1 hr when I returned home, I could see rust surrounding the inner surface.
1. Pls provide the handle grips along with the cookware as it gets really hot while cooking and it's so heavy that we cannot even use the utensil holder (pakkad)
