Finally I got the perfect clay kadai. I'm super happy with the kadai.
Well made. The small handles are warm enough even when the rest of the kadhai is hot. Made some basic subzi and it worked out rather well. No sticking, guess because I followed the seasoning instructions on YouTube. Washed with plastic scrubber and water, no soap, after use. Slight smell of the subzi remains. Best not to use it for mixed cuisine or veg vs. non veg
