Worst ever exchange/return seen from a company

I bought a ‘Kadhai’ which I expected to be having heavy SS , at least bottom of it. So, I thought of returning it as it was not meeting my expectations, but to my surprise I could not return the product (within stipulated time of 7 days) as they say until product is damaged you cannot return.
Then I tried asking for exchanging (I told them clearly that u don’t want my money back) it with something useful product. They denied that too. Now i have spent around 1500 on a product which I cannot use and do nothing. My money, my time and product all of them are wasted. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS TILL YOU ARE 100% SURE

I purchased this product and it's very lightweight I requested for return with mention as quality issues,but they rejected by mentioning no return for quality issues,how do we know the product before purchasing,I reached customer care that also no proper response,I tried more than 50 times,then only I can able to talk to customer care executive,then they suggested to order one more tri- ply product kadai then only they can able to process return,I did that also,even that tri ply product also very lightweight no proper quality,I think product which available in local store is much better this with less cost
