How to Season Cast Iron Cookware?
- Rinse & thoroughly dry the cookware with a paper towel or cloth.
- Pour a little vegetable oil.
- Use a clean cloth to apply oil around the entire cookware surface, including the outer portion.
- Mildly heat the cookware.
- Wipe off excess oil, if any. Store cookware until next use.

I have been using Indus Valley Griddle Pan for a while now. can't imagine cooking without it. so easy to clean also.
Serves the purpose works well though the two-sided tawa seems to be a bit raised on the stove due to the grill surface,
I got very crispy Dosa like hotel style. Very happy with pan.

Was initially apprehensive of whether both sides will function smoothly after being exposed to the gas flame directly..but have been using it for toasting breads and grilling and making dosas on the other side and works well. Just need to ensure it doesn't stay damp and keep it oiled so it doesn't rust
