Iron Kadai : Very Nice Product

I have purchased normal iron kadai instead of cast iron kadai. Initially it takes 5days to removed pre seasoned black coating through wash and oil seasoning. But after that, when started to use it, it is far better than non stick. Very usefull product. Thanks.

Good Kadai!

The kadai is good, sturdy and thick enough, ideal for 2 to 4 people.The flat base makes it convenient for use over hobtops and the gas stoves abroad. The height is also alright, though I would prefer the kadai to be an inch taller, as some height is lost due to the flat base.
