I have reviewed twice before this.. there is no response from you, instead you are again and again asking for me to review.
The kadai is terrible unlike your your tawa. This black dust on it does not stop inspite of repeated seasoning and repeated cooking.

The kadai was not cleaned and seasoned. The black dust was coming off it just like unseasoned kadai. You had just applied oil without cleaning the kadai. So I had to clean it thoroughly and then season it. You are charging extra saying it's seasoned. This was making false claims from your side. Actually I wanted to replace the kadai with a skillet. You didn't approve my request. But you sent me a defective product, because it was not seasoned in the correct way. If I had to season it myself, I would have purchased a kadai from local artisans. This was not expected from a brand like you. I am used to using cast iron cookware and I know well about seasoning. This was a scam.
