Prawn chole:
-To a pan add 2 tbsp of oil
-Add 500gms of medium sized prawns
-To that add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of salt
-Mix and sauté for a minute
-Add 1 cup of boiled chickpeas
-Mix and fry until water goes off
-Keep it aside
-To a separate pan, add 2 tbsp of oil
-Add 2 cardamom, 1 cinnamon, 2 cloves, 1 tsp of jeera, 1 bay leaf
-Sauté for a minute
-Add 1 finely chopped onion
-Cook until it turns light brown in colour
-Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
-Cook for a minute
-Add tomato purée of 1 medium sized tomato
-Add 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder and salt to taste
-Mix all ingredients well and cook until oil starts to separate out in low to medium flame
-Add the fried prawns and chickpeas
-Give it a good mix and allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes in low flame
-Add water as per required gravy consistency and mix well
-Add 1 tsp of Kasturi methi and 1 tsp of chole masala powder
-Give it a good mix and cook for another 4-5 minutes
-Serve hot and garnish with lemon slice and coriander leaf
