Suji Amba Pitha Recipe | Odia Recipe | Mango Recipe | Poda Pitha | The Indus Valley

-To a bowl add below mentioned ingredients:

  • Roasted suji - 1/2 Cup
  • Fresh Mango Puree - 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt - 1 Pinch -
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup

-Mix well , cover and allow it to rest for 10mins

-The batter now will have thick consistency

-Add more 1/2 cup of milk to adjust the batter consistency

-Mix well and let’s start the cooking process

-Heat the appam pan well

-Add 2 tsp of ghee

-Add 2 scoops of prepared batter

-Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes in low flame

-Flip the Pitha and cook other side for another 2-3 minutes

-Transfer it to a serving plate

-Garnish with some chopped mangoes and cashew -Enjoy every bite of it
