Dahi Vada Recipe | Curd Vadai | South Indian Style Thayir Vadai | ASMR Recipe | The Indus Valley

Ingredients:

  • 500 grm Urad Dal (Add water and Soak on 3 to 4 Hrs) Grind well until fluffy consistency just splash water
  • 2 Onion Medium chopped
  • 1tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper corns
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder Coriander leaves chopped
  • Curry Leaves chopped
  • 3 Green chillies chopped
  • Salt as Taste

Fried Vada Process :

  • Fried in Oil

Curd Vada process:

  • 700 ml Curd
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Asafetida powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar

Mix well

For the Dressing:-

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 Dry chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves

For Garnishing:

  • Coriander leaves
  • Chilly powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Boondhi
  • Oma Mixture
  • Pomegranate
