Ingredients:
- 500 grm Urad Dal (Add water and Soak on 3 to 4 Hrs) Grind well until fluffy consistency just splash water
- 2 Onion Medium chopped
- 1tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Pepper corns
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida powder Coriander leaves chopped
- Curry Leaves chopped
- 3 Green chillies chopped
- Salt as Taste
Fried Vada Process :
- Fried in Oil
Curd Vada process:
- 700 ml Curd
- 1 tsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/4 tsp Asafetida powder
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
Mix well
For the Dressing:-
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 Dry chilies
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
For Garnishing:
- Coriander leaves
- Chilly powder
- Cumin powder
- Boondhi
- Oma Mixture
- Pomegranate
