Grilled Chicken Posto Curry Chicken Marination Process:
To a bowl, add below ingredients:
- Chicken - 500gms
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
Mix all ingredients well and marinate for at least 30mins.
To a grilling pan, add 2 tbsp of mustard oil
Place the marinated chicken on grilling pan
Cook until side of chicken is grilled well
Flip and grill the other side as well
Grill until 80% done
Keep the grilled chicken aside Masala preparation:
To a tadka pan, add below ingredients:
- Poppy seeds - 2 tsp
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Cardamom- 3
- Cinnamon - 1
Heat in low flame for 30-40 seconds
Cool it and transfer to blending jar -Add 1/2 cup of curd
Blend to make a smooth paste
Cooking process:
1. To a Kadhai ,
- Add 1 tbsp of mustard oil
- Add 1 finely chopped onion
2. Sauté for a minute
- Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
- Add 1 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder
3. Mix well and cook until onions turns light brown in colour
4. Add the prepared masala
5. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins in low to medium flame
6. Add lukewarm water to Kadhai as per required gravy consistency
7. After gravy starts to boil, add grilled chicken and 1/2 cup of fresh cream
8. Mix it well and cover and cover until chicken gets completely cooked
9. Add salt to taste and 1 tsp of Kasturi methi
10. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaf
11. Serve hot with roti, paratha or rice
