Ingredients:
Chicken thighs-2 pieces
To marinate:
- Kashmiri chilli powder-2 tbsp
- Coriander powder-1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Pepper powder-1 tbsp
- Garam masala-1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste -2 tbsp
- Curd -2 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
- Lemon juice-1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce-2 tbsp
- Mustard oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour-2 tbsp
Marinate chicken overnight.
Grill the chicken until it’s done according to your preference.
