Kovakkai Fry Recipe | Crispy Kovakkai Fry | Ivy Gourd Masala Fry |The Indus Valley
Ingredients:
- Kovakkai - 250 g
- Oil - 3 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
Step 1: Wash & Slice 250 g of Kovakkai lengthwise.
Step 2:Add 3 tsp of oil to the heated skillet.
Step 3: Add 1 tsp of chili powder and saute well.
Step 4:Add the sliced Kovakkai
Step 5:Add the required amount of salt.
Step 6:Pour 1 cup of water
Step 7: Close it with a lid & allow it to cook well.
Step 8:Cook until the Kovakkai becomes dry.
Step 9: Transfer to a bowl and serve.
