Ingredients:
- Maida - 1 cup
- Curd - 1/4 cup
- Baking Powder- 1 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Veggies
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Italian Seasonings
- Cast Iron Tawa
Method:
1. Add curd, baking powder, baking soda, salt, oil and mix them well. Now add maida and mix well.
2. Knead and make a soft dough. Apply some oil on top of the dough and rest for 10 mins.
3. Roll the dough to a medium size thickness and cut it using a round cutter or cap.
4. Now toast them on low flame on both sides. Once the base cools down add the chopped veggies along with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasonings.
5. Now cover and cook them in low flame for 10-15 mins and serve hot.
