Mushroom Soup Recipe:-

  • 1 cube Butter (or) 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped (medium)
  • 200 grm Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Sweetcorn
  • 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp pinch Sugar (or) 10 drops Lime Juice
  • Salt as taste
  • 2 tbsp corn flour + 1/4 cup water (Mix well)
  • 800 ml water

Cook for 10 to 20 mins.

For Garnishing,

  • Spring Onion or Coriander leaves
  • Crushed Pepper
