Mushroom Soup Recipe:-
- 1 cube Butter (or) 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 clove Garlic chopped
- 1 inch Ginger chopped
- 1 Onion chopped (medium)
- 200 grm Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Sweetcorn
- 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup Spring Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 tsp pinch Sugar (or) 10 drops Lime Juice
- Salt as taste
- 2 tbsp corn flour + 1/4 cup water (Mix well)
- 800 ml water
Cook for 10 to 20 mins.
For Garnishing,
- Spring Onion or Coriander leaves
- Crushed Pepper
