- 1 cup Basmati rice, washed & soaked
- Juice of 2 Oranges
- 3/4 cup Water
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp Ghee

- 2 Cardamom, broken
- 1 Black cardamom, broken
- 2 Cloves
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 1 pinch saffron
- Salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tbsp Cashews
- 2 tbsp Raisins
